UE4 Summer Jam | Aug 2018

The Hungry Games

Submission for the Epic Summer Game Jam 2018, where the theme was "Well That Escalated Quickly." Collaborating on a team of 5, we came up with the idea of a school food-fight that progressively gets harder as you survive the difficulty increasing waves of students!

Contributions

  • Designed and implemented 4 unique types of weapons:

    • Grenade​; Soda Cans and Milk Cartons

    • Machine Gun; Pea Shooter

    • Boomerang; Bananas

    • Single-Shot; Pizza

  • Designed and implemented dynamic weapon pickup.

  • Implemented character throwing functionality and controls.
